Oracle Service Registry 10.3
After installation of Oracle Service Registry 10.3 into a WebLogic 10.3 instance, the ability to log in as the administrator is available, but once logged in, access to any other areas of the registry result in the following error:
Error number: 10500
Error code: E_fatalError
Messages: A serious technical error has occurred while processing the request.
When the installation process was performed, the checkbox used to create a data source (normally named jdbc/registryDS by default) was checked to allow this to occur.
