Troubleshooting JTA Transaction Timeouts in BPM 10g and earlier (Doc ID 780946.1)

This guide helps you to troubleshoot the JTA Transaction Timeout exceptions thrown from the JEE BPM engine in WebLogic. Note that this applies to BPM versions 10.3 and earlier.

The JTA transaction timeout errors can be identified by the following string found in the engine logs:
Unexpected exception while enlisting XAConnection java.sql.SQLException: Transaction rolled back: Transaction timed out after NN seconds
