Trading Partner Unable To Accept Receipt Acknowledgment For 2 Action PIP (Doc ID 782020.1)

Symptoms

Using RosettaNet Protocol, when the Trading Partner that initiated the PIP sends a Receipt
acknowledgment to the other Trading partner it is erroring out and the messages do not contain the correct DUNS number (should contain the KnownInitiatingPartnerKnownInitiatingPartner).

For Example
1.Trading Partner 'A' Sends a PO Request (RosettaNet PIP 3A4R) to Trading Partner 'B'

2.TP 'B' send a Receipt Acknowledgment to TP 'A'
a.The <KnownInitiatingPartnerKnownInitiatingPartner> in the Receipt Acknowledgment has TP 'A' DUNS number since TP 'A' Initiated the PIP

3.TP 'B' sends a PO Confirmation (RosettaNet PI 3A4 C) to TP 'A'

4.TP 'A' Sends a Receipt Acknowledgment back to TP 'B' which is erroring out.
