Goal

This document explains how to use a version of TopLink that is different than the version of TopLink that is available by default as a component of Oracle Application Server or Oracle Container for J2EE (OC4J).

E.g. OC4J 10.1.3.1 comes with TopLink 10.1.3.1, but you might want to use Toplink 11g with OC4J 10.1.3.1, so this document shows how to achieve this.

Attention:
The java archives added to an Oracle Application Server or OC4J installation using this document will not be updated by any Oracle patch set or interim patch applied to this installation.
