How to Customize the OAM Login Page Depending on the Originally Requested URL? (Doc ID 782699.1)

Last updated on MARCH 08, 2017

Applies to:

COREid Access - Version: 10.1.4
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Is it possible to retrieve the originally requested URL and URL parameters using API or header values *before* the user is actually authenticated using Oracle Access Manager (OAM) form authentication?

The requirement is to customize the OAM login page depending on the URL parameter values.

For example: if a user requests protected page
* http://host.domain.com/mysite/pages.jsp?siteid=10
then the login page will be customized for siteid=10

If a user requests page
* http://host.domain.com/mysite/pages.jsp?siteid=20
then the login page will be customized for siteid=20
