Goal

New installations of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) in WebLogic Server 10.3.0 sometimes fail due to memory issues. These memory issues can either be related to the WLS domain itself or to the JVM running the installer. Here are some steps that may help resolve such memory issues during an OIM installation.
