Collaboration Manager is not Reading Roles from AD when Connected by ADSI (Doc ID 785076.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Collaboration manager  is not reading roles information from AD properly. Only the guest Role is shown in the Roles box for external users in Collaboration manager select user applet.

However, when you go to My Profile page, the Roles list is shown correctly.
This is not an issue for Local users.  Also, if you connect AD as a provider this issue will not occur.
This occurs only when connected as ADSI
