Symptoms
On Unix, starting any form using a specific custom envFile fails with:
FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup.
In the application.log (<ORACLE_HOME>/j2ee/OC4J_BI_Forms/application-deployments/formsapp/OC4J_BI_Forms_default_island_1), the following entries are created:
