URM Batch "Undo Obsolete" Does Not Work (Doc ID 785532.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


When attempting to execute the Undo Obsolete on a batch of records by using IdcCommand and
executing the CLEAR_RECORD_OBSOLETE_DATE service. The log file states that the service was
executed correctly, but the update on the records do not appear.
