Session Lost When Running Application in OC4J 10.1.3 Standalone Through HTTPS (Doc ID 786320.1)

Symptoms

Application developed with JDeveloper 10.1.3.x runs successfully on 10.1.3.x OC4J standalone when
accessed with http protocol.
When the applications are accessed via https then, after some time, the login mask reappears, and
the user is asked again for login credentials (username/password).

Sometimes after several login trials, the user gets the following message:


The issue occurs randomly.
The same behavior occurs with Internet Explorer browser and with Firefox.
