OPMN Fails to Start OC4J - "Time Out While Waiting for a Managed Process to Start"

An OC4J instance times out when trying to start .

The instance was starting until a change was made to the system.

When using opmnctl to start, an error similar to this will occur,


--> Process (index=1,uid=857362637,pid=794800)
time out while waiting for a managed process to start
