Symptoms

The Exchange and AD 9.1 Connectors are deployed and configured in an Access Policy. When in the same policy as AD, the automatic provisioning of Exchange does not complete. AD gets provisioned just fine and the AD account then exists in the target, then the System Validation task for Exchange completes but the Check AD User Process is rejected and so the provisioning of Exchange cannot complete. However if that task is manually retried, the task is completed and the rest of the provisioning completes.
