Symptoms

Missing sample config file 'dbfeader.cfg.master' in OID 10.1.4 for synchronizing Relational Database with OID. According to documentation, Oracle Identity Management Integration Guide 10g (10.1.4.0.1), the sample file is located under the directory $ORACLE_HOME/ldap/odi/conf; however, the sample file is not found there or in any other directory.
