Users not getting locked even after 'n' number of failure attempts and the status is_locked ='0' indicating user is not locked .where 'n' is the configurable number specified in ARM rules
Users gets locked even after 'n' number of failure attempts ,where 'n' is the configurable number specified in ARM rules
This issue has the following business impact:
the issue of users not getting locked will allow fraudulent user to try multiple times with out getting blocked /locked
