Symptoms
OID to AD Synchronization was successfully setup using the ActiveExport profile and synchronization was successful.
After a time, entries were failing to sync from OID to AD, but the ActiveExport.trc file displayed no error.
Note: Although this discussion uses the Connector Name "ActiveExport", this issue can occur for all profiles
