Rotatelogs for Oracle Apache error_log File does not work in Apache 2.0 (Doc ID 787765.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Oracle Http Server error logs are not rotating based on the size.

-- Steps To Reproduce:


+ Install OHS 2.0 from OAS 10.1.3.3, upgrade to 10.1.3.3 / 10.1.3.4


+ Modify the httpd.conf file with the following settings

ErrorLog "| <DIR>/ohs/bin/rotatelogs -l <DIR2>/<Filename>.%Y%m%d_%H_%M.log 1000M"

CustomLog "| <DIR>/ohs/bin/rotatelogs -l <DIR2>/<Filename>.%Y%m%d_%H_%M.log 1000M"

+ restart the http server and check the log files
