Symptoms

When using the TopLink Workbench to configure JNDI Naming Service for cache coordination as:

URL: ormi://<HOST>:<PORT>/<APP>
UserName: <USER>
Password: <PASSWORD>
Initial Context Factory: com.evermind.server.rmi.RMIInitialContextFactory

the resulting sessions.xml contains only:

<jndi-naming-service>
<url>opmn:ormi://<HOST>:<PORT>/<APP></url>
<user-name><USER></user-name>
<password><PASSWORD></password>
</jndi-naming-service>

but does not have any part like

<initial-context-factory-name>com.evermind.server.rmi.RMIInitialContextFactory</initial-context-factory-name>
