Symptoms

When using the TopLink Workbench to configure JNDI Naming Service for cache coordination as:

URL: ormi://localhost:23797/myapp
UserName: financia
Password: xxxxxxxx
Initial Context Factory: com.evermind.server.rmi.RMIInitialContextFactory

the resulting sessions.xml contains only:

</jndi-naming-service>

but does not have any part like

<initial-context-factory-name>com.evermind.server.rmi.RMIInitialContextFactory</initial-context-factory-name>
