Symptoms

After following the instructions for automatic access server flush in the Oracle Access Manager
Deployment Guide 10g (10.1.4.2.0), Part Number E10353-01, Chapter 5 Caching and Cloning, Section .4.3 Automatically Flushing Access Server Caches
,  the following error is seen in the Access Server SDK oblog:
"The Access Server has returned a fatal error with no detailed information."
