Symptoms
When committing a batch to Content Server from WebCenter Capture (formerly Oracle Document Capture), the following error is encountered:
Error Number: 40008
The following error was reported by ReleaseDocument.
Error Number: 20004
Error Description: A formatting error was encountered while parsing (null). The tag(s) env:Envelope,env:Body,ns0:CheckInUniversal,ns0:primaryFile,ns0:fileContent' were not properly closed.
