Symptoms
Power point files (and only ppt files) are being converted through the Inbound Refinery (IBR) and PDF converter using the native application to do the conversion (This setting is found under File Formats in the Configuration Manager applet).
This used to work then it stopped working. The failure was due to run away windows processes (MS Office processes). Those Office processes were stopped and things worked again. Now they seem to be failing again but there do not seem to be odd runaway processes this time.
