Unable to Login to BPEL or ESB After Unsuccesful Login (Doc ID 790422.1)

When accessing the BPEL Console, BPEL Admin Console, or ESB Control, if invalid credentials are entered, then every attempt to log in will result in the "Authentication Failed" error message.

This will repeat until the browser is closed, and a new browser session is started.
