When attempting to login to the Web Capture Client, the following error is received:

Failed to Login
The following error occurred while attempting to login:
Login failed.
Error Number:20068
Error Description: [The following error occurred while attempting to retrieve security model.
Please make sure the eCapture database is initialized.
Error Number: 3709
Error Description: The connection cannot be used to perform this operation. It is either closed or invalid in this context.]
