Receiving 22128 and "Autofixing" Errors When Retrieving IPM Documents (Doc ID 791128.1)

When attempting to retrieve certain IPM documents (stored on optical devices), the retrievals fail, and 22128 errors are reported through the client, accompanied by one or all of the following errors in the logs:

Autofixing ALREADYWRITTEN on volume
Autofix FAILED on volume
Failed to load object , rc=22128, id=, vol=xxxxxxxxxx
