Unable To Create Folders on Import Due To Primary Key Constraint Error (Doc ID 793076.1)

Symptoms

The creation of folders from one server to another by the process of replication is stopped by an error with primary key constraint errors.

The content server had the following error message in its log file:

csFoldersArchiveError Unable to execute SQL statement 'INSERT INTO ColMeta (dCollectionID) VALUES (465)'. Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_CollectionMeta'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.ColMeta'. java.sql.SQLException: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_CollectionMeta'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.ColMeta'.
