Import Fails With "No connection to Server." On Web Admin Console (Doc ID 793776.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 9.1.0.0 installed within the Oracle Containers For Java (OC4J) Application Server version 10.1.3.4. When attempting to import more Organizations (about 1200 Organizations) the following error occurs in Web Admin Console.

 Checked the log file and didn't see any error in server log, but an error window appears during import.
