Not able to log-in to Application Server Control Console from Mobile Client Installation (Doc ID 795271.1)

When attempting to access the Application Server Control Console (ASC) to deploy an EAR file, an error is generated after specifying the user/password.  

The main error is " ERROR MBeanServerEjb not found"
