Not able to log-in to Application Server Control Console from Mobile Client Installation (Doc ID 795271.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access the Application Server Control Console (ASC) to deploy an EAR file, an error is generated after specifying the user/password.   

Error: This OC4J is configured to make JMX connections via RMIS and fall back to RMI if the RMIS port is not configured. The RMIS connection on the OC4J instance null on application Server null is configured but a connection could not be established. The JMX protocol is specified by the oracle.oc4j.jmx.internal.connection.protocol property in opmn.xml

When log-in to the ASC is attempted the following messages are generated in the standard output:

2009-03-25 08:53:24.935 WARNING J2EE JNDI0009 EJB Reference "MBeanServerEjb" could not be resolved.
Allowing J2EEContext creation to continue anyway
2009-03-25 08:53:24.935 WARNING J2EE JNDI0009 EJB Reference "MBeanServerUserEjb" could not be resoled. Allowing J2EEContext creation to continue anyway
2009-03-25 08:53:24.945 ERROR MBeanServerEjb not found for URL: ormi://hostname:23791/default

The main error is " ERROR MBeanServerEjb not found"
