Goal

"Flow-control-policy" is used to control traffic of messages in a cluster environment,
the goal of this article is to explain why sometimes its default configuration <flow-control-policy enabled="true"> is not appropriate.

"Flow-control-policy" is configured in orion-application.xml, see the following example:
