Applies to:Oracle SQL Developer - Version: 184.108.40.206.40
This problem can occur on any platform.
When attempting to Delete a value in a nullable field the following error occurs:
UPDATE "SCOTT"."EMP" SET ENAME = WHERE ROWID = 'AAAMfPAAEAAAAAgAAE' AND ORA_ROWSCN = '1908617'
One error saving changes to table "SCOTT"."EMP":
Row 5: Invalid column index: getValidColumnIndex
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Scott tiger open the Data in the Emp field
2. Select Martin or any other name and Delete it.
3. Now commit.
4. The error appears.
If you fill the field in with something else it will commit. This works with SQL Developer 1.5.1 and 1.5.3
