Migrating Content within two Content Servers Using FileStoreProvider (Doc ID 799234.1)

Goal

Given the following setup, A 10.1.3.3.x Content Server that is configured to store all content in the database using the FileStoreProvider component. In order to move the content from this Content Server to a new installation of Content Server, can the database from the old Content Server be cloned and a new Content Server installation be pointed at the cloned database and how would this be done?
