Symptoms
There are workstations receiving a message regarding no licensing for ISIS scanning when opening Oracle Document Capture:There is no license available for Scan for ISIS. Please contact your Network Administrator.These machines are not supposed to use the Scan components, but are machines that are only configured to Index documents.
