Symptoms

When attempting to select a value from a database lookup, the following error is reported:

Error 3021:
The following error occurred while searching the database.
[Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.]

An Access database is being used to supply the values for the database lookup.

Changes

The database lookup had been working previously.
