Symptoms

Consider a content item that has 2 revisions on the source server, and a relationship is made on
the revision 2 using the RelatedContent component. If 2 more revisions are checked in for the
content item so that there are 4 revisions, the relationship is still visible on all the revisions.

When archiver is used to export RelatedContent items and then those items are imported to the target server,
An error occurs stating that the dID for revision X , in this case revision 2, cannot be found
because it does not exist. Revision X is where the relationship was established on the content
item on the source server, so the relationship seems to be lost.
