Unable To Display Icons On Forms When Running On Web (Doc ID 803922.1)

You have a Form that is running on the Web.

You are trying to display iconic images on the buttons.

Suggestions in the <NOTE:730216.1> How To Display Iconic Images Using Forms are followed, but the icons are still not displayed on the Buttons.

Checking the Java console,shows that the icons are already loaded to the applet:

Deployed a new JAR file, which contains icons to be displayed on the Forms buttons
