Capture AppXtender EDP Macro Reports Error "DB-0039" When Committing and DiscXtender is Configured (Doc ID 804023.1)

Symptoms

When committing a batch from Captovation Capture or Document Capture to Application Xtender using the AppXtender EDP macro, the following error is encountered:

Failed to commit batch <BatchID>. Error Number: 40008, Error: Commit Profile - AP_Personalty: The following error was reported by ReleaseDocument. Error Number: -2147467259 Error Description: An error was encountered during the following operation:

ObjectFile CopyFrom

-2147467259: An error occurred while attempting to copy the image [\\SERVER_ONE\Batches\01D\0000AC5L\XXXXXXX.1] to [\\SERVER_TWO\ASSESSOR_08\DOCS\PERSONALTY_PROPERTY\0\625\XXXXX.bin]. Err Desc: DB-0039 An error occurred while copying a file. \\SERVER_TWO\ASSESSOR_08\DOCS\PERSONALTY_PROPERTY\0\625\XXXXX.bin contains an invalid path.
