It Was Not Deleted Reference To Dads.conf File Or At Least Orasso Dad In The Dads.conf File In The Upgrade Process. So Logout Process Was Looking Logout Thru Dads Definition (Doc ID 808570.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from As10g 10.1.2.0.2 in particular SSO/OID or Identity Management components (OID/SSO) to IM 10.1.4.X, customer can no longer logout from any SSO partner application.
