Symptoms

In a cluster environment, when an ESB service calls a BPEL process through a RoutingService the following error occurs:

An unhandled exception has been thrown in the ESB system. The exception reported is:
"java.lang.Exception: Failed to create "ejb/collaxa/system/DeliveryBean" bean; exception reported
is: "javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: ejb/collaxa/system/DeliveryBean not found
