Login Prompt is Seen When Running Batchloader from the Command Line (Doc ID 811358.1)

Goal

When running BatchLoader.exe from the command prompt with the following command there are two prompts for login where there should be none.

<cs_dir>\bin\BatchLoader.exe /q -console /n<path_to_batch_file>
