Logon Manager Taking A Long Time To Load

The Logon Manager (LM) agent is taking a significant amount of time to load - whether it be upon Windows start up or after the agent is restarted.

Looking at the tracecontroller output there are searches done by adsync.dll up to the ROOT of the AD tree, above the Domain ROOT, that are taking up to 20 seconds each.
