Symptoms

All OracleAS components on a Linux machine - HTTP Server, Web Cache, AS Console - have been successfully started. Yet any attempt to access them via a browser fail.

Oracle HTTP Server Welcome Page directly via listen port

http://<host>:7778

Oracle HTTP Server Welcome Page directly via Web Cache listen port

http://<host>:7777

OracleAS 10.1.2 AS Console

http://<host>:1810

All fail with the generic browser error

 "Page Cannot Be Displayed"

This is despite the fact that all components are showing as up and running.
