Symptoms

Installing OIM9.1.0.1 into Oracle Database 9.2 or 10.2.

Using setup_server.exe to install OIM on Windows.
1. Select Oracle Database.
2. Enter Database Connectivity information.
3. When clicking on Next to test the connection, an error window is returned:
4. Click Ok and new window, new error window:
