Information in this document applies to any platform.
Unable to start either the Filer service or the DocIndexService service. When one service starts, the other service does not start. No errors display in the IPM service logs. The services appear to hang. When DocIndexService hangs, the last thing the log reports is "Reloading Definition Cache".
