JDBC Driver Deadlock (Doc ID 824620.1)

Symptoms

DEADLOCK detected when using Oracle JDBC 10.1.0.5 or 10.2.0.4 in webLogic. The thread dumps indicate deadlock generated by the oracle driver for Scrollable resultset


Found one Java-level deadlock:

"ExecuteThread: '28' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default'":
waiting to lock monitor 0x08898890 (object 0x7f576008, a oracle.jdbc.driver.ScrollableResultSet),
which is held by "ExecuteThread: '24' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default'"
"ExecuteThread: '24' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default'":
waiting to lock monitor 0x081a5640 (object 0xbfbb8d30, a oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CConnection),
which is held by "ExecuteThread: '28' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default'"
