Folio Export as PDF Rendition Fails with Message "Unable to create rendition. No documents found to create rendition" (Doc ID 826767.1)

Symptoms

When exporting a portfolio to a PDF rendition the following error is received;

Result: "Unable to create rendition. No documents found to create rendition."

There are two PDF documents and a URL contained in the folio. This happens to some folios, others render correctly.
