Is it Possible to Set the Node Manager server_name.out Log File to a Non-Default Location (Doc ID 827438.1)

Goal

When a managed server is started by Node Manager, it will generate a log file server_name.out to maintain stdout and stderr. By default, this server_name.out will be located in <domain_name>/servers/<server_name>/logs. Can it be set it to another location instead?
