Symptoms

PDF Converter cannot fully support Office 2007 due to an issue in Office 2007.  When the Inbound Refinery (IBR) is running as a service, Word documents that are converted to PDF are missing their hyperlinks, or their hyperlinks are corrupted and/or in the wrong place.
