You have followed the Enterprise Deployment Guide to create an ESB cluster on an Oracle Application Server:

During startup of the ESB Runtime and/or ESB Designtime container receive the following error in the log files $ORACLE_HOME/opmn/logs/<container name>.log and/or $ORACLE_HOME/j2ee/<container name>/log/*_group_*/oc4j/log.xml about the ESB Monitor Topic:
