How can MOSS 2007 Document Libraries be Enabled for UCM Integration? (Doc ID 828724.1)

Goal

Is there a process by which an existing standard MOSS2007 Document Library can be "converted" to a
UCM-enabled library so that it can have integration with UCM? In other words, if in the implementation of
UCM webparts and integration on SharePoint there are existing libraries that now need to be integrated with UCM, can they be "enabled" or is a data migration approach required instead?
