Symptoms

When running a startscen command or attempting to start an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 10g Agent in scheduling mode or an ODI 11g Standalone Agent (in this case on a Solaris machine) connecting to ODI Repositories (in this case created on a MS SQL Server machine), the following error occurs.
