OMQ: DMQ$MONITOR does not update the data continuously (Doc ID 831090.1)

Goal

The MONITOR utility (DMQ$MENU 5) lacks the funtionality to continuously update the information on the display. For example, when we display queue counters and queue quotas, the "<CR> to continue, (C) for continuous" message is missing from the DMQ MONITOR. In addition, the DMQ MONITOR  should take the default values at the prompt, but they are ignored.
