Kiosk Manager And Windows Authentication. Unable to login as windows domain users (Doc ID 831949.1)

Symptoms

You are trying to setup eSSO-LM with eSSO-KM on a shared desktop. The credential storage will be Active Directory. All the user accounts that will use this kiosk machine (shared desktop machine) have their accounts in Active Directory and will use those accounts to authenticate to eSSO-KM.

Here are the high level steps for setup:

1- Adjust Global Agent settings in eSSO-LM console to create custom package.
2- Create the custom package and include the settings configured in eSSO-LM console .
3- Install eSSO-LM using the custom client package.
4- Install eSSO-KM 
5- Restart the machine.

After the restart you are not able to login to the machine as a domain user. You are only able to login to the machine as a domain administrator. Once logged in to the system you see the eSSO-KM desktop manager screen after few minutes.

Changes

This happens during the initial setup and the Kiosk Manager login has never worked.
